I'm sorry you feel that everyone on melo needs something to bitch about. As far as I'm concerned, however, I most decidedly DON'T "need something to bitch about".

Skip didn't start that website? Fine. People want to promote it? Fine as well. Using the front page of melo? That's when I start to question "why?". It just seems that in my view and the views of those who are upset about this, the melo front page should be used for news that pertains to melo, or for actual front page art submitted by meloers. To those of us that think this way, it feels like the front page is being "hijacked" by the very people who are supposed to keep it updated. That's the point I'm trying to make.

They aren't bringing "harm" to your life, much in the same way that me calling you names would bring actual harm to your own life, but it still wouldn't be right, you know? I agree with you that I should live my life as I wish and I definitely allow others to do the same, but those in a position of some degree of power here on melo (i.e. the admins) shouldn't exploit it because they have a friend they want to spotlight. They've all got their own melos, with significant traffic I would bet, so why isn't that good enough?

That's my point, is all.

I think you may have misread Josh's entry about the front page art and post. Josh only mentioned Skip one time, and to state in his own view that he doesn't care about him. Not to say he wished death or anything like that, but his main subject of vitriol was the newer melo admins who seem to be clogging up the front page with nonsense as far as it concerns the majority of melo. I don't know this Skip person, so why should I care? Why should Josh? If I have a friend who has a website, can I become a melo admin too and pimp him to everyone here? That would be ridiculous and that was Josh's point.

He wasn't making fun of Skip at all, and you wrongly called him out on it. You and he may have been raised in Florida, but you're in California now, and unless I'm sorely mistaken... you and he were never the king and queen of Florida, so I don't think the entirety of the state cares much.

Please stop telling people to "keep his name in your mouth". It's just a retarded statement that people make when they think they're making a point.
