why the name skyelass?
Skye comes from the vocabulary word sky which ultimately comes from the Norse word meaning "cloud."
Lass a middle English word still used today meaning "girl" or "young woman," this word is also believed to be of Scandinavian origin.

i've heard of it, i know of someone else who has it on melo
the thing that i remember he most was when i watched something on tv about it. this one girl wore a wig because she pulled all her hair off her head, she said she started as a kid pulling on her eyelashes because she liked the "tic" noise it made and went from there. i remember thinking "i did that too" but i never actually started pulling the hair off. trichotillomania is not all that strange to me, as long as it's not detrimental to your health or anything. i look at it like biting you fingernails, just a nervous habit.
ah crap...while that was all a very interesting read, I had gotten the words mixed up. I have a problem of Trichotllomania...which I guess is quite the opposite of you. I nervously got into habit of plucking stray hairs from my knees but it soon got more intense. Around the chest, chin, etc. (I've never taken tweezers to my head though thank god.) I love hair...I just got into this very strange habit x.x
i have no idea how it started, ever since i was a kid i was always fascinated with long hair, i would often ask people if i could play with their hair when i was a kid, braiding, twisting, or just combing it with my fingers, somehow it was almost therapeutic like petting a cat.
when i was a kid and my mom made me cut my hair off to my chin. i would always get so upset and cry about it, i think at that age long hair=beauty so i felt like i was getting uglier, my mom wanted to give me a pixie cut but her husband talked her out of it, thank god.
it doesn't really appeal to me if the hair is long, but really damaged, fried, or weak looking. it gives me a sick feeling kinda like when you see the 60 lb woman who thinks she's too fat
when i was in high school i took the cosmetology course enjoyed it, at first, but when i realized that most of your work consisted of cutting hair, i kinda lost a bit of interest, and then my hands started to fuck up and i was diagnosed with carpal tunnel.
but for some reason i gravitate towards guys with long hair, and have been for years. I'm not quite sure why, but it's something i've noticed over the past 10 years, maybe longer.

then a blue arch and pop, i didn't see any smoke but i'm sure there probably was some
i had one smoke on me before.. but i've been using it for years. and one time in this pc hardware/software class i had one blow up on me lol... we were disecting computers and putting them back together and this woman in my group unplugged the little connectors going to the power switch and reset switch.. she did it before i could say no dont unplug those! they're tiny and if you plug them into the wrong prongs on the motehrboard... could short things out... like the power supply. all i heard was a loud POP! and a spark and some smoke... and me yelling jesus christ! lol the whole class shut up and looked :P

they told him that for an exchange it could take up to 60 days, after 30 days the return policy for everything else will run out and he hasn't had a chance to test his video card yet or his monitor (although we can test his monitor in the living room)
what he's going to do is get a full refund and then use that money to buy a new one
